Hello, I am Muslim but I’ve never did the fasting because I am generally thin and I was always afraid I’d lose more weight fast forward I’m 24 and my family really wants me to do fasting this year which means no eating from 5 am until 8pm. Now I am someone that goes to fitness every 2nd day and I asked my mom if I could at least do the fasting every other day since I go to fitness and we agreed both on it. My question is: is it bad for my body to change my food intake drastically like that day after day? Like I’ll do fasting one day and the next day I’ll eat normally plus fitness and the next day fasting again for a month. I am really concerned about my health if you ask me fasting is really harmful and I see no logic but I guess I have to do it this year or they’ll all annoy me.
