So I've spent a while waiting in A&E (UK ER for Americans) with my wife who's seriously ill. I'll edit with exactly how long once we get out!
It's made me curious, what's the times to be initially seen (by a nurse/reception staff), seen by a doctor and finally to be treated? I saw one or two things online but nothing really answering my question directly for all three unique times.
Happy to hear anecdotes as well as hard references to published stats :)
