No health care, breast cancer scare.

My friend doesn’t have health care or proper money and she feels a lump in her breast. She wants to get the exam done when she’s in Mexico (months from now). I’ve tried to look up free clinics in our area and tried to see if planned parenthood gave tests for cheaper. I didn’t see much. Any help?????
