Weed and stroke feeling

So I’ve been having difficulty with smoking weed since I got an abortion 2 months ago and then I got the stomach flu last week and now when I smoke it feels like I’m gonna have a stroke and left arm goes tingly and feels like I’m on shrooms and so now I haven’t smoked for a day and my sternum hurts a bit and I’m scared asf should I go to emergency
