Can you qualify for Medicaid if you live in your car and have no home address?

I’m 19 and I’m pretty sure I need to leave the room I’m staying in. I’ve been on my own since I turned 16 and I’m on Medicaid now. I have a plan to live in my car as a last case scenario but will I qualify for Medicaid?
