My girlfriend is 32 years old and have been on her moms insurance because of a qualifying disability since she was 26. She recently a year ago got a job and is concerned if the continuing disability is contingent on her being unemployed.
Second question. She is about to have surgery. Her work might make her sign FMLA. Would that interfere with her disability insurance under her mom?
