[other] I’m 15 and I lifted weights for the first time and after 3 days I still can’t straighten my arm

So on Tuesday this week I tried to lift weights and they were 10kg but after a while I couldn’t do 10 kg so I just did 7.5kg and I did other arm exercise as well but I mainly did weights and today it’s Friday and I still can’t straighten my arm and it hurts when I do it and that was the first time I lifted weights so I just need advice as to what’s happening and if I’ll be ok
