[Other] I have a really weird feeling?

I have this weird feeling, so pretty much i get these sharp pains in the upper center of my back that are really uncomfortable almost as if im sitting wrong, but i also get a sharp pain in my chest, i dont know how to really explain it but it sorta feels like theres trapped gas as if i need to burp. This usually occurs when i drink milk and sometimes when i drink carbonated drinks like soda and such. The milk one has started happening recently tho like a few months ago, dont really know what it is but its an inconvenience when i try to sleep. Oh and it only happens at night time for whatever reason, i drink a lot during the day and its weird that it only happens when im close to getting ready to sleep.
