Are they only interested in medical malpractice, or also bad behavior in the patient/doctor relationship, not rising up to the level of medical malpractice? She doesn't listen, she wants to give me injections for which she gave me no justifications, she refuses to correct the chart, other relevant things in my past she refuses to add to the chart. I have the impression she wants to "display" me in a certain manner in the chart that isn't true and then go ahed with treatments I don't want.
Obviously, I'm now looking for a new doctor, but I still wonder if a complaint letter to the medical board would help. Are they interested in this stuff, or only in severe medical malpractice? Are refusal to communicate properly with the patient, unexplained treatments, refusal to correct the chart, refusal to add past severe infections reportable?
