[Question-Other] Urgent care billing issue

So I've been in and out of the ER all week with stomach issues, nausea, vomiting etc. first i went to the ER, the second time i tried going to urgent care. They said their would be $150 charge for care. Cool, no big deal. Then once i see the doctor, he tells me i need to go back to the ER to resume care because their is only so much he can do. So i end up going in an ambulance to the ER because i was in so much pain. I check my bank account today and they STILL charged me the $150!? Am i legally able to get a refund if they didn't help me at all?
