I lead construction projects for a general contractor. Almost all of my projects take place in hospitals, which is cool since we are helping the hospital provide better facilities to care for their patients. Makes you feel good. However it seems that alot of the staff is just rude to me and my workers. You say "good morning!" and alot of the staff completely ignore me, or give this kind of annoyed look and walk away. Sometimes snide remarks too. Of course, not everyone is like this, but I would say its a good 50-60% of the staff. Is there a negative view of construction and renovation in hospitals? I work around these people daily, and it would be nice to have friendly interactions with them, is there anything I can do on my end?
