[discussion] Keeping medication at safe temp in heat waves

The recent baking of the Northwest has spurred some conversation about how to keep medication safe. Without AC, the room temp soars, and you can't put it in the fridge because fridges are below the safe temps for medicine (other than the ones that should be in the fridge anyway). I know they make temp controlled cabinets, but those are usually for medical settings and are very expensive. What about homebrew/off the shelf options? There are some beverage coolers that get as warm as 72 - those are tricky to find and they're pretty pricy too.
