Due to the COVID19 pandemic, I've been studying and working from home. I have to spend several hours in front of the computer. At the beginning of the pandemic, after spending 3 months of vacation studying and working in front of a computer (despite the fact that it was a vacation), I noticed that my vision was not the same anymore.
I had to start using glasses because I've developed astigmatism. Now, I cannot see a thing without them (maybe I am being too exaggerated. I just can't read without them. I can walk on the streets or have a conversation, distinguish items, etc., but these activities are not comfortable when I am not using glasses). Nobody in my family (parents, brother, ascendents, etc.) uses glasses.
Should I take vitamins? Is it reversible? Is there anything that I can do to avoid worsening these vision problems?
