[Question - Other] Any good ways to stay cool while wearing full PPE?

Hi. I work in Central Sterile in a busy hospital. On the days I work in Decontamination I have to wear a long sleeved gown, gloves, feet covers, a face mask, bouffant, and a face shield. There are windows that let in sunlight which is nice but also adds to the heat. No fans allowed. I sweat a lot and I've been researching different personal cooling systems but haven't found anything too promising. Just thought I'd ask if anyone has tried any cooling vests or wearable fans or anything that has helped them and they wouldn't mind recommending. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
