[Question-Other] i am taking breaths in a weirdly order

Hello,i am Mustafa and i am 17 years old.About like 3 hours ago i tried to sleep but there was a thunderstorm and i couldnt for awhile but suddenly the storm cutted of and i managed to sleep.And then i woke up instantly 3 hours later than that somehow sleeping moment.I realized that i am breathing in a very wrong order and i just cant take in-a-order breaths by oral.and i cant take breaths in a normal lying shape.I dont know i just dont know.
