[Question - Other] Employer blocking fulltime employees from company healthcare policy (New Jersey)

Hello I've been working for a company for about 5 years and I just never was smart enough to be put on the health insurance policy until now. They're telling me conflicting numbers on the rate I'm going to have to pay each month which really raised my attention in the first place. It seems like they're trying everything they can to get me not to sign up for health care, even insinuating they would give me a raise. I already submitted my paperwork to management, but if they neglect to file my paperwork for this open enrollment, what should I do? Any advice would be much appreciated.
