Hello!
My wife and I are recently without health insurance due to a change in my career. The company I am with now offers health insurance but it’s more expensive than what the Healthcare Marketplace is offering me for better plans.
I don’t really understand but I am looking at some Kaiser Permanente plans and some Blue Choice plans. I see the deductible numbers but then on the plan benefits page it says “no charge” for some stuff or just copays. Is it really no charge at all, or just a copay, or is it a copay and then whatever they bill me?
How much am I actually going to pay if I go to an urgent care(Patient First, etc;)? Or maybe to a doctor for the flu? I really don’t understand this. My old plan was just copays for everything. No deductible. Nothing. Just copay at the visit and that’s it.
Any advice is welcome!
