[question - other] vaccine prolonged pain (not COVID)

I got 3 vaccines for college, 2 in my right and 1 in my left. The one on the left had the most pain right off the bat. The right side was a little sore the rest of the day but almost went away the next morning. After more than a day has passed, my left arm is still sore and it hurts to bring my arm over my head. Why? Is that good or bad? Pain has only gone down about 30%
