I need to see a gynecologist
Not obstetrics, but for middle age gynecological issues.
Planned parenthood is not an option. Walk in clinics are not an option.
I have a pending lawsuit for an employment law matter. I filed it pro se.
As a result, no gynecologist will see me.
As an uninsured patient I went to the ER about my medical issue and was told I need a hysterectomy due to multiple fibroids. Laproscopy isnt an option, birth control isnt an option. The only option is abdominal surgery.
But no specialty gynecologist will see me. They keep cancelling their appointments, stringing me along.
A paralegal told me its because I have a pending lawsuit.
I got a letter in the mail today from that gynecologist stating, "Dr so and so will no longer be your doctor, because she cant maintain an effective physician/patient relationship and cant provide optimum care."
The gynecologist office said last year that they would offer charity care for me to have the procedure. And then this year, withdrew that option
This State wants people in poverty (not working) and on Govt programs.
I need to work, and I need work that covers housing, car and healthcare.
So therefore, no gynecologist will perform a hysterectomy or even do a biopsy first to rule out cancer.
Uterine cancer runs in my family.
The hospital financial advisors wont speak with me. Their insurance dept wont speak with me.
I had questions about if I enrolled in ACA, how soon would I be able to see a doctor. And no one could answer that.
ACA isnt free. I want to know if I would be denied gynecological after enrolling in ACA too.
But no one will speak with me.
I googled this hospital'a health system and they have many lawsuits from patients and internal employees.
There is a shortage of hospitals in TN. And the other hospitals will not see a patient unless they have actul insurance, but before I sign up for ACA, they wont give me an idea of how long it would take for me to see a doctor.
I am preparing my Will and burial plans just in case. If I cant get healthcare, then I should prepare for end of life costs.
