I paid a large amount for a procedure on an FSA. The facility says they cannot provide the paperwork because it’s at ‘central billing’ they give me a phone number and the only option is to leave a voicemail. Nobody ever calls back. My FSA now has me locked out of the remainder of my FSA balance because I was unable to show an itemized receipt. I’m thinking Small claims court is the only course to get this back. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
