[Question - Other] A quick question from a cashier

I work at a grocery store and first of all the health here sucks employees wear mask under their noses and sometimes not at all the store is dirty and I'm the only employees who actually cares about this whole pandemic. I always wear a mask and latex gloves and change them twice in a shift but recently I felt like I should change them more often as customers do come with wet meat and produce, should I change them every customer, every once in a while, or just not wear them at all and just sanitize my hands (sometimes people tell my to use hand sanitizer on my gloves will that even work?)
