[Question-Other] 19 YO soldier struggling with weakness/shortness of breath amongst other things

So I've been the Army for about 10 months now and my fitness level has not gotten any better. Running is the worst, I feel pain in my knees along with weakness in my legs and quickly become exhausted/short of breath. A 10 minite mile pace which is considered slow and is walking pace is one that I cant keep up with. Along with that after running I always feel absolutely drained physically, no matter how short or long the distance. Other things I deal with is slight trembling in my hands which can at times become very noticable, dizziness, shortness of breath even when walking, and fast heart rate even when resting. Today I had my vitals taken for a vaccine and as always the medic commented on my fast pulse(115, lowest I've seen it in months, usually in the 120s)and pressure levels(122/82, therr are times I've seen it go up to the 140s.) I dont know what is wrong with me, I dont want to seek help just to be told I'm faking it but for a long time now I've felt like something is wrong with me and I need to know if there is because it is seriously effecting my ability to do my job. I'm not looking for a diagnosis but I'd like to know if any of you have any ideas what it could be that is wrong with me so I can bring it up to a doctor.
