As in, I will have to pay $0 for a bronze plan. An unsubsidized bronze plan would cost me $750. A silver plan, $1200. For just me.
I've been on short-term plans for the past few years, because I didn't qualify for subsidies. I know those are horrible plans, but my choices were have a horrible plan or be uninsured.

The marketplace is open for special enrollment now, until the end of May. And--I believe the additional subsidies for people who make >400% of the federal poverty level (like me) will be retroactive for this year.
I'm getting old, and have been quite frightened by what my future health care costs would look like. But now I feel like a two-ton weight has been lifted from my shoulders! (For at least a couple years.)
