So I wasn’t here but my husband scheduled a psychiatric appointment.
He scheduled a psychiatric appointment and he has a deductible of $300 so he would have to pay out of pocket. He said the therapist just called asking when they want to do telehealth and gave him a link to attach his card.... I think he should of ask her what the payment is? She offers sliding scale, but i don’t understand why she didn’t tell him how much the appointment would be. Should I be worried? I had him email her and we will be leaving her a voicemail tomorrow. If he gets a call for the appointment and it ends up being a stupid copay around can he disconnect the call? he didn’t tell me anything about any fees for canceling so could she still charge him?
