[Question - Insurance] Payer Matrix legit or scam

Employer is forcing me to let them get involved im my care. claiming that they will help me with cost but I do noty need or want them to get involved. Currently they have delayed shipment of medication until they can help me (my employer) save money so they can get their 30%
