Me heart has felt weird for two to three days now [question - other]

For a bout three days now there has been this fuzzy/tingling sensation in my heart as well as a sort of artificial tightness very marginally increased bpm and a hot feeling but no actual heat, it doesn't hurt or anything its just weird any idea what this might be?
