[Question - Other] What kind of medical institutions can administer COVID-19 vaccine and what conditions need to be met?

Is there any kind of regulation for what institutions can administer the COVID-19 vaccines?

I'm very curious as to 1. What "medical" institution (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, nursing homes, etc) are allowed to administer the COVID-19 vaccines.

1. I would also like to know what kind of conditions/standards an institution would need to meet in order to be able to give these vaccines.

For these questions, I am asking specifically for the situation in the US or UK.
