[Question - Other] How can I access my EMR/all of my medical records online?

I'd like to access recent documents about my ruptured brain aneurysm that I just had a month ago. I'd like to view the CT scans, any reports, microbiology, everything! I'd also love to view the documents of surgeries I've had over 10 years ago. How can i do this online?

I'd like to view everything on my EMR :)
