I'm dealing with issues related to a vestibular disorder, migraines balance issues and all that.
I went to see a neurologist last year, a quick appointment and he said I was just dealing with stress.
of course I haven't got better, I went to see a neuro ophthalmologist this year who gave me the correct diagnosis and has been providing treatment,
I've seen a lot of improvements, but unfortunately workers comp is still using the first report to deny additional coverage.
What can I do about this first doctor's report, how can I discredit it or get it removed from my case?
