[Question - Other] Healthcare Services Over Facebook?

Is there a healthcare company that enables you to get services over Facebook? Like actually ordering / scheduling stuff, or even just chatting with someone about a problem you have? Like when I go to some restaurants I can actually order food over the FB page or have them reserve something for me hahaha. Just wondering whether anything like that exists in healthcare.
