Any good razor bump scar remover recommendations?

I was waxing for 6 months to help with the ingrown hairs and scars. However with the quarantine I had to stop my appointments and I returned to shaving (unfortunately) I can't afford waxing with the terrible economic situation going on right now. Any recommendations to help remove or minimize scars from razor bumps?
