[Question - Other] Mucous in stool?

Lately I’ve been getting mucous in my diarrhea and my stomach is upset an hour after I eat. Am I just sick or is this another issue? I’m lactose intolerant as well and haven’t experienced loss of appetite, while I am sometimes nauseous
