Natural Deodorant?

I'm struggling with deodorant. I've been using dove for a while but it had stopped working. I use coconut oil and baking soda on my face at night and have tried to use it on my underarms but has not worked. Do I require an underarm detox? I use Tom's sometimes too but does not work! I have always struggled with sweat and have diagnosed myself with hyperhidrosis (lol) but I would like a natural remedy. Any recommendations would be helpful and thank you.
