[Skin Concerns] Do I need an occlusive if I live in a hot and humid place?

I live in the Philippines and I sleep using a fan with the windows open, so it can get pretty humid unless I use AC. I use a light/milky moisturizer at night, on top of a thin sheet of sunflower oil after my OCM. Do I need to put vaseline because it feels too much.
