need help with healthcare(noob af)

hey guys, i live in california and im currently about to move out of my parents. im 24 and have a couple health problems so monthly prescriptions and seeing a doctor are normal for me. while living at my parents i paid my medical bills instead of rent and they were alot lol. precscriptions being about 550 a month. im wondering where i can go from here and where to look? im a complete amateur when it comes to this type of thing so i appreciate the help guys!
