Moving out of state. What do I do with my health insurance?

Hey! I've never moved out of state or switched health insurance, and need a little help.

I'm in CA, paying $150/mo. Moving to TX at the end of the month. What do I do with my insurance? Do I cancel it here and then enroll to a new plan in TX? Or do I just keep the same one somehow and just tell them that I'm moving?
