I'm on state health insurance in Mass and I just turned 21 and can no longer see my pediatrician, however all PCPs in my area are either not taking new patients or not taking my insurance. I'm freaking out because my prescription for escitalopram is running out and I don't think my pediatricians office will renew my prescription. I don't mind paying a few dollars for one of those online services as long as it's not over 100. Does anyone have any advice on those services or alternatives? I don't really mind not seeing a PCP for a year. (I graduate college in a year and so will hopefully have insurance by then.)

[Question - Other] How to lessen the pain and anxiety of getting shots
I know this may sound childish or stupid but I am absolutely petrified of shots even though I am almost 17. I understand the importance of getting the Covid vaccine and I want to but I am scared of shots. I don’t know what it is about them, not just the pain but the thought and look of a needle terrifies me. What can I do to make this better?
[Question - Other] Is it legal for pharma companies in the US to pay prescribers money for prescribing a drug?
I don't mean illegal kick-backs, I don't mean this in a fraudulent sense. In Germany it *is* legal for a pharma company to pay the prescribing doctor money for prescribing the drug. Every time he prescribes a certain drug, it's "ka-ching" in his pocket -- this is legal, I don't allege anything illegal here.
Is that legal in the US?
