Can't find PCP in my Area taking new patients and my insurance [Question - Insurance]

I'm on state health insurance in Mass and I just turned 21 and can no longer see my pediatrician, however all PCPs in my area are either not taking new patients or not taking my insurance. I'm freaking out because my prescription for escitalopram is running out and I don't think my pediatricians office will renew my prescription. I don't mind paying a few dollars for one of those online services as long as it's not over 100. Does anyone have any advice on those services or alternatives? I don't really mind not seeing a PCP for a year. (I graduate college in a year and so will hopefully have insurance by then.)
