Hi everyone, I just wanted to breifly share my personal experience with effectively using tea tree essential oil and coconut oil (for oil pulling) to maintain a high level of oral hygiene and mouth care, while also eliminating conventional mouthwashes, which are comparably much more expensive.
After flossing and brushing, I normally just add about 4-5 drops tea tree essential oil into a cup of water and rinse as I normally would with mouthwash.
Also, usually about once per week or at least 2 times per mouth I like to do oil pulling, taking 1 tablespoon extra virgen organic coconut oil or similar (cannabis, olive, sesame seed oil) and swish between my teeth and gums for about 20 - 30 minutes.
Has anyone else stopped using conventional mouthwashes and instead tried tea tree oil and/or oil pulling!?
