Looking for some help with making my own hemp moisturiser

Hi ,I'm trying to making my own hemp moisturiser and I'm struggling with the amount/ ratio of products I'd need. Plus what natural preservatives can I use to stop my hemp seed oil going bad and how much would I need of said preservative for a 200g container?
