The flair doesn’t really work here but I didn’t know which one to use.
I thought if someone threatened another’s life that they would be forced to stay in a psychiatric hold for at least 72 hours, but this person was able to leave within 13-15 hours. How is this possible? Is it just if someone doesn’t press charges?
Location is North Carolina if that’s relevant.
