Competitive bidding must be stopped

COMPETITIVE BIDDING AND PATIENT HARM: WHY OSTOMY, TRACH, AND UROLOGICAL SUPPLIES MUST BE EXEMPT CMS is proposing to include ostomy, trach, and urological supplies in the next round of competitive bidding—a move that threatens to undermine patient choice, access, and quality of care for individuals with bowel and bladder management issues or tracheostomies who require daily use of trach, ostomy and urological supplies. You can help oppose this policy!  We are working to generate as much opposition to this proposal as possible to ensure CMS is aware of the patient harm that will result if this proposal is ϐinalized.  We need as many individuals as possible to generate and submit to CMS as many unique comment letters as possible opposing this dangerous policy before the comment submission deadline, August 29, 2025.
