Best country for healthcare…cost and best Doctors

Hi, after finding out that I have some diseases that the doctors didn’t tell me about for many years and now it’s worse, I’m looking for other places for healthcare. I’m looking to find other countries that have not only have cheaper healthcare but better Doctors/Healthcare system. I know for example Australia is cheaper but are the Doctors better also? Currently live in United States
