Is U.S. Acute Care Solutions Legit?

So I recently went to the ER about 2 weeks ago and paid my bill while I was there but today I received a email and a text message from a place called “U.S. Acute Care Solutions” telling me I have a “Clinician” bill of $985 to pay. So I did my own quick research on it and seen some people had the same thing happen to them and some said it’s a scam and others saying it is legit, from your experience if you have had any with this place, please let me know if this is a scam or not.
