I M24 had been slowly paying a bill with my HSA for a kitchen incident that happened on Easter that required stitches. In five weeks, I had that claim paid in full through my insurance portal with my HSA card (May 26th). Find out today (June 11th), the due date of that bill, I was refunded 70% of that money (June 10th) due to a technical issue. UHC is terrible and I hate them. Is there any recourse? I haven’t gotten a straight answer if that bill will go into collections.
