In the US. Recently visited a new clinic. Without going into details, I’m planning to file a complaint against of the nurses. They should really not be working around patients — they had a very bad temper to say the least.
Obviously, I’m hoping my complaint will be anonymous. May seem like a silly concern, but my intrusive mind goes to “what if this person finds out I filed a complaint, then pulls me up in the system and gets my address, then comes to kick ass” lol.
I understand a nurse could probably pull up my healthcare info pretty easily. How easily can they see other details like address, phone, etc..? I imagine there are some safeguards in place in the US to reduce the chance of retaliation after a patient makes a complaint.
