Work in healthcare and just got MRSA/Staph for the second time

Title says it all. I got it the first time in the beginning of the year on my low back and that was terrible. Somehow I got a lemon sized abscess over a 5 day period and it was cultured and found to be a common strand of mrsa in the nursing homes. Which is where I work. Now I have a small bug bite that never healed over a week, has gotten ugly and got it checked out and the MD thinks it mrsa again. I’m just so paranoid that it will keep happening. I wash my hands, have hand sanitizer on me at all times, my hands get so dry from constantly washing. I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong or if my chances of getting go higher cause I’ve had it. Just venting but do other medical workers get weird stuff like this or am I just working at a super dirty facility ?
