My Medicaid continued? Why?

19f from Alabama, I just got a Medicaid letter that said I once again have FULL Medicaid. I am legally supposed to have aged out of Medicaid as I am 19, but I just got the same letter I’ve received every year, that I am approved for FULL Medicaid again.
