I'm kinda having a mental Health crisis plz help if u can.

I'm not really comfortable with my own thoughts and I don't have health insurance and I don't think I can wait another 2-3 months to get health insurance on an Open Marketplace could I get health insurance now I don't have that much money I'm 20 years old. I don't want to go to the hospital I think I'm good I just don't want to suffer but I don't want to suffer for another 2 to 3 months.
