Can an X Ray interpretation cost more than 5k?

I did an X Ray on my finger. The facility and doctor that ordered my test are in network. The facility that did the X ray read is in network, but the doctor that actually did the x ray read is out of network, working in the in network facility. How screwed am I? I had 3 images taken of my index finger. Are they likely to take advantage of the fact that insurance won’t cover me and charge me 5k? 10k?
